Travel Policy

Travel within 30 miles of Colorado Springs is included in your service.

Appointments located more than 30 miles from Colorado Springs will include a flat travel fee:

  • 30–60 miles: $35

  • 60+ miles: $50

  • Out-of-state: Additional costs apply.

Travel fees will be confirmed prior to your appointment.

Additional Time Policy

Your appointment includes a predetermined amount of styling time, varying by service(s) booked.

If additional time is needed to complete your service, I’m happy to continue based on availability. Additional time will be billed at $15 per 30 minutes.

Booking & Refund Policy

To reserve your appointment, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.

Life happens — if you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Cancellation Policy

If the client must cancel their appointment:

  • Deposits are non-refundable

  • Canceled appointments may be rescheduled

  • No call / no show appointments are non-refundable and will require a new deposit to rebook

If Grace must cancel your appointment for any reason, you will receive:

  • A full refund of your deposit, OR

  • The option to reschedule at your convenience
